I often think about the things I learned from the time spent with you - in almost 30 years in this business I can say for sure that the training and coaching I received from you was by far the best and most useful. I still have the 'Model of Effective Influence' wallet card in front of me here - it's been shown to and discussed with all the staff I've been lucky enough to coach over the last 10+ years. For a time I was affectionately called 'The Client Whisperer" by my staff - primarily for the ability to influence difficult clients which I learned from your advice and coaching. Not a small feat, to have influenced somebody so much!
